Prepare patient sample 🔸 Use plasma from a 3.2% Sidium citrated tube. 2.Prepare normal plasma (NPP) 🔸 Use pooled normal plasma. 3.Mix the plasma 🔸 Combine patient plasma and normal plasma in a 1:1 ratio. 4.
