Yes I’ll admit it - Pastelmat is my fav surface for my coloured pencils ❤️ It suits my natural way of drawing and it feels so intuitive to add lights over dark. And yes it’s also incredibly frustrating, the grain, the fact you can’t draw a smooth line until you’ve added a lot of layers, but who cares when you get gorgeous vibrancy and blended colours like this 🥰 My latest tutorial in progress 🥰 | Bonny Snowdon Academy
